Steps

Go to back-end (administrator) --> Menus --> YOUR WEBSITE MENU TO SHOW FAQ IN --> Add New Menu Item.
Add Menu Tile in the Menu Title Field.
Click "Select" in front of "Menu Item Type"
Click "FAQs! --> FAQs This is the default view"
A new tab will appear "FAQ Options" click it and choose the "FAQ Category" to show.
